Keyboard Input Method (fcitx) causes this conflict. i removed the shortcut(Ctl+5) from fcitx, and it works correctly.

dunno, but probably the <Ctrl><5> shortcut is already taken by your
window manager, und thus Pd-gui (or any other application) never even
sees it.
