Not sure about this but perhaps it helps.
If possible uninstall everything with the pd-extended uninstaller.
Install some of the known library which shouldn't work
Mark Verbose in path settings or start pd with -verbose flag.
Probably pd tells you which .dll is missing.
I can`t test righ now becuz I have extended installed.
