I removed all trace of my precedent build attemps and it seems to
compile fine after :
$ cd .../pd-0.43-1
$ ./autogen.sh
$ ./configure --enable-alsa --enable-jack
$ make

My bin pd is now in the src/ folder.
And after a :
$ /home/jack/pd-0.43-1/src/pd
I get :
sh: /home/jack/pd-0.43-1/bin/pd-watchdog: not found
pd: watchdog process died
jack@jack-N55SF:~/pd-0.43-1/src$ pdsend errorname: >>error writing
"sock8": broken pipe<<

this is a known bug[1], which shouldn't hinder you from testing.
simply run:
$ /home/jack/pd-0.43-1/src/pd -nrt
to disable the watchdog.

Thanx IOhannes, it is working fine now. I have :
OSS, ALSA, portaudio and... jack :)
