I was thinking of getting this file complete for one version of pd-ext,
and then after that to be checked by a script. but since I can't really do
python or anything, and don't have the time to work more on this for now,
this file is stopped for the time being.
but yes, a script to make it actual would be necessary. I already had the
work of going through the whole contents of /extra and
listing/categorizing them. this file is quite useful for me as it is,
anyway.
João,
thanks a lot - I read your message when you posted it but I didn't check
the attachment. On the other hand, your message underscores the need of
such a document, generated automatically or composed by someone good
willing. Tell me if I'm wrong. - For the time being, I'm already quite
happy with what I have thanks to the support here.Best, Jurgen

You should look at http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/ 2008-10/065799.html. The xls file I put there is probably obsolete by
now, but it's the most complete there is - afaik. Maybe some day I make
a patch to do this automatically, but that might not come so soon.Hi,
from the ongoing discussion about Max/MSP compatibility I wonder if it would be a good idea to create a list of available objects in the extended version, quite as it exists for vanilla. For someone who is getting acquainted - like me - it sure would be a useful thing, I mean like '5.referemce/help-intro.pd'. Does anybody work on such a thing?
