Since we are on the topic of improving pure data web resources, would it be possible to get the pd-dev list archived? It would be very handy to be able to search it and read old messages.

Yes, this is very important. I could provide a full mailbox archive of pd-dev.

to be honest, the archieving somehow didn't work properly. i have rebuilt all the archives (also for pd-list, gem-dev and whatever) (and again installed a patch for dates like 2002-03 instead of 2002-March). hopefully it will work now.

Ok, I just discovered some oddness with the main pd mailing list page:
So now I see that mailman is archiving all the email when I go to: http://iem.at/mailinglists/pd-dev/
But before I went to that site, when I went to: http://iem.kug.ac.at/mailinglists/pd-list/
the 'dev' archives where showing up as '--', in the left frame, and I couldn't search the pd-dev archives. Now after I have browsed around the mailman archive site, a bunch of those '--' have turned into dates and now I can search the pd archives.
Strange bug, any ideas? Does this happen to anyone else? I have tested it on Camino, Safari, and IE-OSX and the results where the same, so it seems to be IP/machine based rather than browser/cookie based.
