Here's something I noticed in s_main.c, it looks like you meant to have different font strings, but they are the same here:
62 #ifdef MSW 63 "Courier"; 64 #else 65 "Courier"; 66 #endif
Also, the command line -help has the Bitstream font listed tho it looks like you are using Courier:

The -font-* options don't seem to be used at all. Trying to use them will make Pd not start.
