Initial Comment: while [packOSC] can create bundles with a depth of up to 32, [unpackOSC] can only unpack them to a depth of 16.
i think the 2 should be made symmetrical.

however, i really think that both [packOSC] and [unpackOSC] should use the same define (from a OSC.h file) twhere this is set once.
