commit 68528c7b163fdacb5438ee6b026fc7e9a96dc257

Use proper environment variables for application data on W32
W32 has some standard paths where applications are expected to put their data:
- %CommonProgramFiles% is the base folder for global application data
- %AppData% is the base folder for user-specific application data
Pd currently tries to have guess these values, assuming that:
- %CommonProgramFiles% == "%ProgramFiles%/Common Files/Pd"
- %AppData% == "%UserProfile%/Application Data"
while the latter was true for XP/W2k, it is no longer true for W7/W8
(which has %AppData% == "%UserProfile%/AppData/Roaming")
the patch therefore uses the predefined envvars for the entire basename,
rather that half-guessing wrongly.
