LICA-MANTIS Electroacoustic Music Festival 2008

Presented by Lancaster Institute for Contemporary Arts (LICA), Lancaster University, in collaboration with MANTIS; NOVARS Research Centre for Electroacoustic Composition, Performance and Sound Art, University of Manchester, UK.
The Universities of Lancaster and Manchester have joined forces to produce a unique collaborative event. By sharing efforts, logistics, research and compositional ideas, the two artistic communities and Special Guests will push their creative boundaries further, challenging new and existing audiences. The Manchester Theater in Sound (MANTIS) Diffusion System will travel to the Great Hall Complex at Lancaster University to celebrate the event. All welcome!!
