Hi Sylvain,

You know that, if you had a RCA video capture card, it would be a bit easier to capture a video stream from your miniDV camera. The winTV works very well for me. (though I never tried it on other OS...)

Both "in" should be character-devices, but it seems like you have created
them as directories. remove "/in" from the mkdir and chmod commands.
