Try the Blackmagic Intensity Pro which is under $350 USD (that's about 12 Euros now). It has analog inputs for SD and HD and HDMI too. The latency is not bad in GEM and it runs for months and months with no problems. Make sure you have the most recent pix_videoDarwin that accepts both device and input messages if you need to set the input at the patch level.
The AJA Kona cards are great if you need SDI or want really top notch support for the device. They do overnight replacement of cards under warranty at their cost in the US.
