hello, 

"windows_stuff" is the branch where I put what I've done.
Mainly, I make a win-vce2010 folder in build/ folder and in each plugins and extra folder with project configured to build with Visual 2010 Express
also there is a PDF (and its .odt) which describe how I did it.
But I only report the part which works.
For example, I build a imageMAGICK.dll but it doesn't work so I didn't wrote anything about it in the PDF.
I also modified win-vc2008 files to fits my system, and I set lots of environnement variables, directly in the property sheets.
I think it's more easy to modify one or two variable instead of looking for all path in different pages.
But it's only my point of view...

again, if someone knows a way to understand why Gem can't load DLL's, I will be happy to learn...
